What we collect

When you request a free estimate through our website, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a short description of what you need. That's it — we don't ask for anything more than what it takes to get back to you with an honest quote.

How we use it

We use your information for one reason: to contact you about the estimate or service you requested. We don't sell your information, rent it out, or share it with anyone outside of StarSeason for marketing purposes. Your request is handled by our team through our scheduling and customer software, which stores it securely so we can follow up and keep track of your property.

Phone and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate, your appointment, or work we're doing on your property. We won't use your number for unrelated marketing unless you've told us that's okay. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time, no hard feelings.

Cookies and site analytics

Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics software. If that changes in the future — for example, if we start using Google Analytics or Google Ads to see how people find our site — we'll update this page to reflect it.
